1. Membership
1.1 Eligibility: By becoming a member of The Bubble Club, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1.2 Membership Fees: Membership fees for The Bubble Club are payable in advance and nonrefundable. We reserve the right to adjust fees periodically with prior notice.
1.3 Access to Facilities: Members of The Bubble Club have access to tennis courts, padel courts, the gym, and other club facilities during designated operating hours, subject to availability and reservation rules.
2. Booking and Cancellations
2.1 Court Reservations: Tennis and padel court bookings at The Bubble Club must be made in advance and can be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.
2.2 Penalties: Failure to cancel a booking at The Bubble Club may result in penalties.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Behavior: Members of The Bubble Club are expected to conduct themselves with respect, courtesy, and sportsmanship at all times.
3.2 Disciplinary Action: Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful at The Bubble Club may result in disciplinary action or termination of membership.
4. Events and Activities
4.1 Voluntary Participation: The Bubble Club organizes various events and activities. Participation is voluntary, and additional charges may apply.
4.2 Personal Responsibility: Members of The Bubble Club are responsible for their own safety and well-being during club events.
5. Food and Beverage Services
5.1 Services Ofered: The Bubble Club provides food and beverage services, subject to menu availability and pricing.
5.2 Billing: Members of The Bubble Club are responsible for settling their bills promptly and adhering to any consumption limits set by the club.
6. Safety and Liability
6.1 Assumption of Risk: Members of The Bubble Club participate in club activities at their own risk. The club will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
7. Termination of Membership
7.1 Grounds for Termination: The Bubble Club reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund for violations of club rules, inappropriate behavior, non-payment of fees, or any other breach of the terms and conditions.
8. Privacy
8.1 Data Protection: The Bubble Club respects members’ privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Amendments
9.1 Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions for The Bubble Club are subject to change. Any amendments will be communicated to members via email or club notice boards.
